Wealthy New Yorkers hoping to snap up a new Hamptons retreat could be in luck—at least those who can afford to splash out more than $37 million on their chosen getaway. During the past week, four pricey properties with an asking price of $37 million—or more—have hit the market in the celebrity-loved Long Island enclave, with houses in the Hamptons taking up almost half of this week’s most expensive homes list. The “cheapest” among these listings is priced at $37.5 million, while the priciest is on the market for a staggering $69.99 million. Still, despite its sky-high price tag, that opulent abode failed to top the most expensive homes list—an honor that was scooped up by a ginormous 7,200-acre Utah ranch that has just been listed for an eye-watering $72.5 million.

Located just an hour away from Salt Lake City, the Sheep Creek Canyon Ranch is looking to set a record as one of Utah‘s priciest private residences.

The massive ranch features a 6,537-square-foot primary residence, a 2,640-square-foot speakeasy, equestrian facilities, and even a backcountry tented camp.

The private canyon also has 4 miles of live water on the property from the East Fork River and Sheep Creek. It is also nearby numerous ski resorts and golf courses.

Other jaw-dropping estates to make this week’s most expensive list include a newly built contemporary in Wyoming and a Colorado mansion that was originally part of a $279 million compound owned by the founder and former chair of Discovery Inc.
