The “cheapest” among these listings is priced at $37.5 million, while the priciest is on the market for a staggering $69.99 million. Still, despite its sky-high price tag, that opulent abode failed to top the most expensive homes list—an honor that was scooped up by a ginormous 7,200-acre Utah ranch that has just been listed for an eye-watering $72.5 million.
