During his 26-year real estate tenure he has brokered over 300 farm and ranch transactions in the western United States. His extensive experience working with government officials on title issues, grazing leases, and water rights, combined with his honesty and tenacity contribute to his accomplished career. A tribute to Sam’s success as a ranch broker is his uncanny ability to work patiently through even the most delicate transactions with his clients. Sam possesses admirable interpersonal skills and, as a result, has enjoyed long-established relationships with his clients.
