We are excited to welcome Steve Leibinger as a new Sales Associate to Swan Land Company.  With deep family ties to Montana and its rich ranching history, Steve is proud to call the West his home.  As the son of parents who both grew up in Montana and with grandfathers in the ranching and ranch appraisal businesses, Steve was naturally drawn to Montana for its exceptional lifestyle and unparalleled outdoor recreation opportunities.   Steve is dedicated to representing and preserving the high quality of life that Montana provides and is pleased to contribute his diverse talents to Swan Land Company.

After graduating with honors from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in environmental sciences, Steve ran a successful fly-fishing guiding and outfitting business providing him a vast knowledge of the Rocky Mountain’s trout waters and the land they influence.

Steve first entered the Montana real estate arena in 2004 specializing in recreational land and fishing properties.  His love of the western mountains led him to represent high-end real estate properties in Aspen, Colorado where he worked as a broker for the Ritz Carlton Company and later for Timbers Resorts representing exceptional recreational properties around the globe.
