Swan Land Company was featured in The Land Report<\/em> for the 2012 Deal of the Year <\/em>with its listing and sale of the Broken O Ranch.\u00a0 <\/em>\u00a0The Land Report<\/em> stated that there are three elements that stood out in 2012: \u00a0\u00a0\u201c1) Legacy properties continue to command a premium\u2026 2) The market continues to crave income-producing properties, especially productive farmland\u2026 3) America\u2019s leading landowners view stewardship as a critical element of their trust\u2026\u00a0 One transaction encompassed all three of these elements:\u00a0 the sale of Montana\u2019s historic Broken O Ranch.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The Land Report also noted in their article regarding America\u2019s Best Brokerages that: \u201cBozeman-based Michael Swan secured the listing and closed the sale of Montana\u2019s historic 124,000-acre Broken O Ranch, which was offered at $132,500,000, planting him permanently in the top echelon of land brokers in the U.S.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
