Ready, aim, buy this family-owned big-game hunting spread in Montana.

Ever dreamed of having big-game hunts come to you? For a mere $58,750,000 the 35,981-acre Camas Creek Cattle and Sheep Company can make that dream a reality. This Montana ranch not only has a rich history—this is the first time the family-owned plot has been on the market in more than 100 years—it also currently sells up to 25 big-game hunts per year to archery and rifle hunters.

Located in a stunning valley between the Little and Big Belt Mountain Ranges, the land is divided into three units.

The Headquarters Unit (8,777± total acres, 8,617± deed acres) is home to Camas Creek, which boasts excellent small-stream fishing and a conservation easement held by Montana Land Reliance along the creek’s riparian corridor.

The Democrat Unit (4,189± acres) is surrounded by U.S. National Forest on three sides and features steep hillsides, timbered ridges, and a lush valley floor. It also comes with opportunities to hunt elk, grouse, and mule deer.

The Clear Range Unit (23,015± total, 16,352± deeded) is located in the foothills between the Big and Little Belt Mountains and has Beaver Creek, a small-stream fishery. Because it’s extremely private—there’s no public access—it’s the perfect spot for summer pasturing and big-game hunting.

But what’s hunting without gathering?

The ranch has that covered, too, with three residences (in addition to various outbuildings and barns) where you can eat, drink, and be merry. The first, built in 1917 along Camas Creek under a canopy of cottonwood trees, is the updated White House, which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Mom’s House was built in 1958 and is located on a bluff overlooking Camas. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch-style home has a three-car garage and open-concept floor plan.

Constructed in 1896, the totally renovated Yellow House is the primary residence of the current owners and includes large windows, an open floor plan, and a new kitchen.

After a day of hunting big game, it’s likely you’ll also want to talk a big game. Not to worry. You can head over to the party barn, conveniently located right next door to the Yellow House.
