ANNIE B. LEIBINGER
Director of Marketing and Operations
Raised on her family’s farm in Virginia, Annie grew up spending her summers at a ranch in Carbondale, Colorado. These childhood adventures in the West and her husband’s fly fishing career brought the couple to Bozeman in 2002. It didn’t take Annie long to fall in love with the beauty of Big Sky Country.
Annie began working with Mike Swan in April 2011 and obtained her real estate license in 2013. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic and a background in marketing and design have contributed to Annie’s success. A Bachelors of Arts from Elon University, years of experience in interior design and owning a cabinet and design business have provided Annie with broad knowledge in marketing, accounting, business relations and impressive customer service. As Director of Marketing and Operations, Annie manages office operations, produces and coordinates marketing and advertising efforts, and keeps the office chaos to a minimum.
Annie and her husband Steve, along with their daughter and golden retriever are happy to enjoy all of Montana’s outdoor adventures.

Nicole Danenhauer
Administrative Assistant
Nicole is a professional with a diverse background in several industries, including floral sales, outdoor fitness coaching, business management, etiquette instruction, and insurance sales. Throughout her career, she has been driven by personal interests and a desire to balance her work with raising a young family.
Growing up in the countryside of Ohio, Nicole had the opportunity to roam forests, climb trees, and work on tasks related to keeping rural life orderly. Her parents, while not farmers, created a hobby farm so the family could experience the responsibilities and rewards of raising market animals. This upbringing instilled in Nicole a deep appreciation for nature and a love of working the land.
After completing years dedicated to 4-H and the local FFA chapter, Nicole pursued her interest in soil health by participating on a soil judging team. This experience led her to study Landscape Design at OSU, Soil Science in Athens, GA, and complete a Bachelor of Science in Land Resources and Environmental Science at MSU.
Today, with her three adult children consumed in their college lives, Nicole spends her free time hiking, camping, and traveling. She is passionate about anything nature-related and enjoys live music, watching hockey, and relaxing to a documentary.
