Swan Land Company was featured in The Land Report for the 2012 Deal of the Year with its listing and sale of the Broken O Ranch. The Land Report stated that there are three elements that stood out in 2012: “1) Legacy properties continue to command a premium… 2) The market continues to crave income-producing properties, especially productive farmland… 3) America’s leading landowners view stewardship as a critical element of their trust… One transaction encompassed all three of these elements: the sale of Montana’s historic Broken O Ranch.”
The Lazy J Ranch is the largest remaining privately-held contiguous block of land in Bridger Canyon. This Montana ranch is being offered for sale for the first time in over fifty years. The 5,665-acre mountain ranch is represented by Swan Land Company in Bozeman and is being offered for sale at $40 million.
