The Conditions of the Sale are as follows:
- All offers to purchase or letters of intent must be in writing.
- All Prospective Buyers must demonstrate to the sole satisfaction of the Seller and Listing Agent the financial capability to purchase the property prior to scheduling a personal tour of the property.
- Within three (3) business days of acceptance of an offer, earnest money of 5.00% of the Purchaser’s offering price shall be deposited to First American Title Insurance Company in Rawlins, Wyoming, and will be placed in escrow.
